A little bit about my backstory!

After my marriage of 25 years dissolved in 2011, it left me jobless and scared.

I had owned and operated my own practice for 20 years, and was working with a personal and business coach for most of those years. I always had in the back of my mind “that” dream of coaching one day.

My purpose in life is love and what comes with that is I get excitingly energized when I help people. It is my gift.

I went to work after my divorce for a company that was lacking in leadership, which was excruciating to be a part of. After experiencing the absence of quality training, and any positive direction……. the story I told myself was to suck it up, it has benefits and you need this job. What a lie! The upside to this is that it pushed me to start my own companies. I learned valuable lessons and knew this was not for me, so I moved on.

Fast forward, I opened a professional Organizing and Cleaning company. Residential and Business. Scaled that.

Went back to school, was Professionally trained as an Ontological Coach and credentialed. It was a yearlong rigorous course of self-development, leadership, and business. The best gift I ever gave myself.

I have coached many individuals and entrepreneurs over the years to become the best version of themselves and create the life they love!

I also thrive on helping employers with employees! I have been on both sides of the coin and have a clear insight of what it takes to create the business YOU WANT!!

I have 2 adult children Allison and Austin, and they are amazing humans.

I am a mentor to a 16-year-old girl who I have grown to love.

I am a Heart for the Homeless 5K- Sponsorship Leader

I work with Cypress Gardens Assisted Living, as a hair stylist to the less fortunate.

I like to kayak, run, read, and just hang out with my kids and friends.
